Guido Nunez is founder of ChrisLina Wealth Partners (CWP), LLC, a real estate multifamily investment venture. CWP is focused on acquiring value-add multifamily properties in fast appreciating markets. It’s current portfolio spans, Tennesse, Arizona and California. CWP’s vision is to acquire 100+ unit assets in the Arizona and Texas markets, while becoming the syndicator of preference, among its investor pool.

Guido is an experienced investor, starting in 2006, with single family homes. In 2015, Guido ventured into multi family properties, later becoming a general partner in large 100+ asset size complexes. Through his experience and leadership, Guido has been able to take assets full circle, exceeding investor ROI expectations. Guido has over 20 years’ experience in the consumer products industry, with top tier global companies. Within the industry, he is known, as a team player and analytics specialist. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), 2nd degree black belt and is a full marathoner.

Guido has appeared on several real estate investing podcasts, including speaking at the Real Estate Master Summit. In 2022, Guido launched the website “theW2investor.com”, a website dedicated to helping the working professional become investors themselves.
